where does ZER0 make clothing?
what can ZER0 make for you?
What the range actually covers, held to the same operating method whichever floor it lands on. Low MOQ, high mix. The minimum depends on the style, the origin and the material.
how does ZER0 run a sourcing programme?
we
are twenty-five years of factory floors and brand rooms, in one company. The people who costed your programme have also stood on the line that sews it, and we stay accountable from the first sketch to the shelf.
thinking ahead
is cheaper than fixing behind. Bring the problem early: a fabric that will not hold, a date that will not land, a duty line that moves, and it stops being a problem. That is the whole job.
sourcing
is certified and traceable, or it does not ship. Fibre-to-garment vertical mills already producing for brands you would recognise, which is the point, and also why we do not name them here.
what we make
is seamless and activewear, technical outerwear, safety workwear, footwear and home textiles. Certified, traceable, and costed against a landed number you can hold us to.
our customers
are brands and retailers who outsource and want to do better without slowing down. They stay with their customers. We stay accountable in between.
our strength
is people who speak both languages: the sketch in New York and the sewing line in Colombo. Nothing is lost in translation because nobody is translating.
how does ZER0 cut waste before sampling?
is where waste is cheapest to remove. We develop the fabric, build the collection and present it in CLO 3D, you approve a rendered garment before anyone cuts a sample. Fewer samples, fewer flights, less landfill.
who runs ZER0?
behind this have spent their careers inside production and across the table from the world's largest retailers. They know what a factory can actually do on a given calendar, and they say so.
